Since Canadian Thanksgiving has just passed and American Thanksgiving is coming up. I have been doing a lot of thinking about what I am thankful for. Today I have had one of those emotional “mom” days and my heart has been very full. I guess I feel like I just have to express somehow all that I am thankful for!I feel overwhelmed with all the good in my life. ,I am thankful for my amazing friends
I have had so many fun spontaneous and wild moments with, but also the ones that have been there for me at my darkest times as well. At all ages of my life my friends have brought much happiness to me. I have been blessed with an Amazing family,
I have 2 brothers and 2 sisters that I wouldn’t trade in for
anyone! They have truly been the greatest examples to me in my life.
I am
grateful for wonderful parents, who even though 14 years ago chose not to spend
the rest of this life together, they have never let our family fall apart, they
have been selfless and swallowed there pride many times I’m sure to be able to
spend many Christmases , birthdays ,
family dinners and vacations together , so that us as children always had all
our family together. I don’t know any parents that still spend every Christmas
together after 14 years of being divorced. I am Thankful for the 12 beautiful
nephews and nieces I have and the sweet spirits that they are , and the many
opportunities’ that they have giving me to
help prepare me for motherhood.
I am grateful for a strong , loyal , hard
working and motivated best friend and husband
, who isn’t a perfect person but he is perfect for me!
My greatest joy in all
my life has come over these past 3 months! I have been blessed with a beautiful,
strong and healthy baby . Being a mother is hands down my greatest accomplishment, I have never felt so much gratitude,
happiness and love as I have these past months.
I know I am not deserving of this wonderful life I have been giving , But I am SO Grateful for it! I am especially grateful to my Heavenly Father and my Savior for all of these blessing and for giving me the opportunity to have them Forever!
